Most importantly, the only person you should seek and accept medical advice from is your own healthcare professional who knows your medical history. It is essential that you do not give one another medical advice.
These groups are the perfect opportunity to share experiences and you are welcome to share what has worked well for you. We must however appreciate how different we all are and what has worked for one may not be suitable for another.
Our volunteers may stop a conversation if it appears medical advice is being given.
If you have any questions, please email: peersupportgroups@potsuk.org
We can’t wait to welcome you all to the groups and to get to know you better.
