It is generally recommended to start with a low number of repetitions of each exercise and gradually increase.

The yellow exercise resistance bands (eg Thera-bands) can be purchased online or in sports shops.
They may also be provided by an exercise practitioner or physiotherapist as part of the exercise programme they recommend.
The mini exercise bicycle can be purchased in shops and online.
For calf raise exercises, a bottom stair can be used if you would prefer not to purchase a stepper.
