If you are feeling overwhelmed, unable to cope or unwell (physically or mentally) then remember, there is always somewhere to turn. You’re never alone.

Below we have compiled a handful of useful contact details for services that are there to support you through a health crisis, be it physical or emotional.

Please keep in mind these details are for UK residents.

In an emergency (life threatening situation) phone 999 immediately

Local Crisis Team

For your local crisis team contact 111 at any time of day and ask for their details. Crisis teams are available to offer support in times of a mental health crisis. This number works in England, Wales (most areas but where not available you can call 0845 46 47) and Scotland but it is called different things in each area.

Help with debt

Being out of work can be a very unsettling time, especially if you have found yourself in debt. For debts that are spiralling out of control, there are free services available to help you with advice on how to handle and manage this situation.
